Goodbye to Year 1 and hello Year 2

The new year is well under-way and with it the second On Purpose leadership programme.

In December we held an end-of-year event for our departing Associates, celebrating the work they have done over the year and saying thank you to all involved in making On Purpose's first year happen.

The 2010 Fellows (as they are now called) don't get away that lightly, however, and have already been roped back in to helping out with the induction training of the brand new 2011 cohort.

After 2 days of intensive training the 11 new Associates are already into their various work placements. Keep an eye on the blog for updates on their progress!
