Peter Babudu
Peter studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Oxford University. After a spell at the Bank of England, he went on to pursue a career in corporate law with Clifford Chance. Upon deciding to make a break from traditional corporate roles, Peter worked on policy and advocacy issues with a number of UK and internationally-focused charities. Peter is also currently completing an MSc in Development Studies at Birkbeck College.

Stephanie Denamps
Stephanie just finished a Masters in International Development at the London School of Economics. Previously she worked as a financial analyst in Procter & Gamble and in the Treasury department of the International Labour Organization (UN). She has lived abroad, travelled extensively and has volunteering experience in Geneva, India, Nicaragua and Burundi. Additionally, she has a Bachelors in Business Management & Finance from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. 

Tom Ebbutt
Before joining On Purpose Tom spent four years at Deloitte Consulting. During that time he worked with a wide range of clients across the public, private and third sectors including the BBC, the Co-operative Bank, and the Education and Employers Taskforce. He is a trustee of a charity that works to improve education in East Africa, a governor of a special needs school and a councillor on Hackney Council. Tom holds a degree in History from the University of Cambridge and is a qualified accountant. 

Jordyan Edmiston
Jordyan spent the past few years in Cambodia applying business practices towards poverty alleviation. Organisations she worked with include micro-lender Kiva and social enterprises Friends International and Hagar International. Her private sector experience includes positions with Kendall-Jackson, Qualcomm, and JP Morgan Chase. She holds a bachelors degree in Asian Economics from Georgetown University and received an MBA from Oxford University's Saïd Business School as a Skoll Skollar. 

Jemima Jewell
Jemima joins On Purpose from the sustainable development charity Forum for the Future. At Forum she was a Senior Advisor on the futures team, working with multi-national businesses and public sector bodies such as DFID on long-term planning for sustainability. Prior to this Jemima worked as a strategic planner for a communications company and undertook periods of voluntary work in Kenya and Sri Lanka. She studied Human Sciences at Oxford University. 

Dominic Jones
Dominic studied physiology at the University of Bristol. He gained commercial experience working as an event manager on marketing campaigns for clients including Nintendo, Heineken and BT. Following this he spent 3 years with the healthcare practice of Mckinsey & Company working on health system performance and efficiency. 

Jack Scriven
After completing an MA in Psychology at the University of Edinburgh Jack took an interest in the power of business to achieve social change while working as a researcher in corporate social responsibility. He has spent the last few years working in a variety of commercial finance roles at Sky where he qualified as an accountant (CIMA), he has also pursued variety of voluntary roles for social purpose organisations. 

Niall Smith
Prior to joining On Purpose Niall worked supporting local government in the UK across a broad range of issues from political leadership to service transformation and migration to public health. Within this work Niall specialised in the creation of peer to peer learning networks and communities of practice. Prior to this Niall worked in knowledge management and operations management in environmental law and online technology businesses. Niall holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Birkbeck, University of London. 

Dalibor Tomko
Recently, Dalibor has been developing concepts of open-access creative hubs - places for unleashing student-driven education. His prior experience ranges from management consulting with McKinsey, to leading the Prague Model United Nations educational program, to volunteering in the West Bank, Palestine. He completed his Masters in Economics and Business Administration at NHH in Bergen and also studied at Fudan University in Shanghai and VSE in Prague. 

Martin Underwood
Martin was a barrister specialising in criminal defence. Whilst working in this self-employed capacity, he contributed to criminal justice policy at Prison Reform Trust. He also delivered workshops on criminal justice for young people and giving evidence in court for police officers. He studied law at Oxford University.

Ann Walker
Ann recently completed a Masters degree in The Political Economy of Late Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to her graduate studies, she worked as a consultant for Booz & Company across Australia and in Bangkok, Thailand. She has volunteered and interned for several non-profit organisations and professional research institutions, including Child Fund International, Child Fund Australia and the Crisis States Research Centre. Ann also holds a Bachelors degree in International Relations from Stanford University.
