Kate Richardson
Since reading Geography at the University of Bristol, Kate has pursued two predominant strands of experience: one within the education sector, chiefly through the Teach First programme; the second in environmental sustainability, through a range of internships with organisations in this field.  Before joining On Purpose, Kate was an analyst with Accenture.





Amos Doornbos
Over the past few years, Amos has worked in the field of international humanitarian disaster response, in hotspots such as Darfur and the Asian Tsunami, helping communities to rebuild their lives after their horrific experiences.   He holds a Bachelors in Theology, a Post-Graduate Certificate in International Project Management, and is completing his MBA at Warwick University.





Simone Yossano
Simone has a Masters in Finance from the London Business School.  Her professional experience includes strategic consulting for financial institutions with A.T. Kearney, market risk measurement and control with Citigroup, and project management and consulting for the Third Sector.










Candice Motran
While completing her Bachelors in Aerospace Engineering, Candice became involved with Engineers Without Borders Canada, an organisation dedicated to poverty reduction.  She completed her MBA at the University of Oxford’s Said Business School in 2009, concentrating on social entrepreneurship and the power of business to effect change in people’s lives.

Harriet Barclay 
Harriet studied Modern Languages at Oxford University. Following her degree, she joined the advertising agency, AMV BBDO.  There she worked with a diverse range of clients, such as Sainsbury's, Motorola, UNICEF, Kids Company and the RSPCA, and also spent four months in the BBDO Paris Office.  In addition, Harriet spent some time on secondment to the Department for Transport working on their climate change campaign.
